A place for the people
who make this place.

Supporting local. Growing together.

Baer Paw Marketing and North Idaho Shop Local are both family-run and built around something that matters deeply to us: supporting the people and small businesses that make North Idaho what it is.

Small businesses are more than just places to shop or hire a service. They are our neighbors, friends, families, tradespeople, creators, and entrepreneurs. They sponsor local teams, donate to community events, create jobs, support other local businesses, and help give each town its own identity.

Baer Paw Marketing was created to help those businesses stand out, get noticed, and grow without feeling like good marketing has to be out of reach.

North Idaho Shop Local grew from that same idea.

We wanted to create a place focused entirely on North Idaho where local businesses could be discovered, promoted, recommended, and connected with the communities they serve. A place where businesses can support one another, residents can find trusted local options, and more of the money and support we spend every day can stay right here in our communities.

North Idaho is special because of the people who live, work, build, create, and take a chance on starting something of their own here. We believe protecting that sense of community means making an effort to support the small businesses that help shape it.

That is what both Baer Paw Marketing and North Idaho Shop Local are about.

Supporting local. Growing together. And helping North Idaho businesses be seen.
